HeartLine’s 211 database is an invaluable resource for individuals seeking assistance in the state of Oklahoma. It’s a vital tool that connects individuals with a wide array of services – specific to their area and language. It serves as a lifeline during both emergency and non-emergency situations, offering crucial support when people need it the most.

During Fiscal Year 2023, the 211 Community Resource Line answered 296,934 calls, chats, texts, and website searches. A majority, 64 percent, searched the online database through the HeartLine website, with 30 percent calling 211. The top five resources sought included mental health/addictions, utility assistance, housing, food/meals, and health care.

In June 2023, HeartLine started answering 211 for the entire state of Oklahoma through a partnership with the Tulsa Area United Way.
